The current domain does not host relevant information any more because it has been sold to someone else.

I need someone to find out there the eye surgery company that operated there has moved to now and most importantly, where are the patient records kept and how can I get access to my medical history records.

I can also give you the name of the doctor who operated me.

Obviously it would help if you speak Finnish.

Suomen kirurgipalvelu was marketing name for Pirkanmaan Kirurgipalvelu Oy, Helsingin Kirurgipalvelu Oy and Suomen Kirurgipalvelu Oy (source)
The last one doesn't seem to have even existed, so it was probably the Helsingin kirurgipalvelu that did your operation? That company seems to exist on paper anymore, but you could try to contact them or try to locate the doctor that operated you. PM the name of the doctor to me and I'll try to get you some contact information.
