Hi,
Well! I wrecked my car yesterday and it looks pretty bad

It was ford Mondeo 1999. I have a peruskasko from Tapiola. i do not know to what extent it covers the damage. I called the emergency number but they say they do not have the information regarding what is covered in that package. They just helped me get the car towed. Can someone answer my one question: what if the car cannot be repaired, will I get some compensation? Any more information on peruskasko will be a plus.

Exact answer depends on what did you actually do under which circumstances, but most likely, if the car can't be (with a reasonable cost) be repaired, Tapiola will keep the wreck and pay you the value of the old pre-crash car (minus the deductible of your policy).

Look at the day value of your car, that's the most you'll get ((minus the deductible)

If you wrecked your car too badly, I guess it is just right to get new ford parts and be sure that you go to an auto repair shop that provides quality parts, services, and aftermarket support.
