Free undergraduate scholarship in finland
Most students around the developing countries, especially from Ethiopia,as of me, need free scholarships from the developed countries, one is Finland. But the developed countries are not easily going to show and give the opportunities for them and also they focus on the Masters and PHD students. How can the undergraduate ones get this chance?

Sure you need... We only pay billions to your goverments to actually develop something and not @#$% up everything. Finland alone paid over 1 000 000 000 for aid... And that doesnt count 15 000 foreign students what costs about 7 000 each.
What about that if ethiopia actually got literacy level over 50% like finland did decades, if not centuries, ago and start to educate people? You know that schools arent rocket science and you can do it.
Other thing is that educating you in here doesnt really help your country if you dont return there and returning seems to be more expection than rule.

Theres not been any need for scholarships as the education already is free.

This made me laugh pretty hard... what IS the need for scholarships if you don't have to pay anything for tuition anyway lmfao...Pursuivant wrote:Theres not been any need for scholarships as the education already is free.
Pursuivant is right, what is the OP on about anyway?
OP you realise education here is free right.. depending on the circumstances some people even get paid to study.. so what exactly are you asking for? It's a bit much to come to a Finnish forum and complain about the lack of resources and opportunities in Finland when your country does little or nothing in comparison :/
I̶f I can find any way to insult someone, believe me I will.

I am not saying that there are shortages ,but the process is so much complicated to get them.Kutittaa wrote:This made me laugh pretty hard... what IS the need for scholarships if you don't have to pay anything for tuition anyway lmfao...Pursuivant wrote:Theres not been any need for scholarships as the education already is free.

Okay okay, I'm so sorry to say this. I've been here in Finland for some months now, and I've seen stuff.. Oh my! How the hell do they allow those people to come here!!!yidnekachew wrote:Kutittaa wrote:I am not saying that there are shortages ,but the process is so much complicated to get them.
If you're not able to go to admissions.fi to apply and then mail your Highschool cert to some university in Finland.. trust me, you'll have a hard time here.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

OP, I am not sure why you are complaining about "complicated". I think it is very generous of Finland to offer free undergraduate education to those deserve students.
You are even complaining about the process, I am speechless...
