Wow, if you're struggling to find a job. I'm not sure what chances I have....Have you considered applying for jobs in Australia? Engineers are always in demand here (soon to be there..) and I think you'd easily be able to find a Structural Engineering job.

Well, I can't find the specific publications but you can look at, but this is from Australia.gov.au

http://australia.gov.au/people/jobseekers

Also in the Visa wizard there is a question about finishing and engineering degree in the past 2 years (which I guess does not apply to you). But from what I understand The Institute of Engineers is very keen to get more Migrant Engineers. If you have a professional membership with the Finnish Engineering Body of the Government. Your skills would be easily recognised.

The current skills requirement list if loaded with engineering positions.

Looking for jobs would likely involved checking out seek.com.au or careerone.com.au (which is associated with monster.fi I think) Seek also has a graduate page if you're looking for a graduate position.
