We are looking for a babysitter from January until the summer in Espoo/Mankka. The family has a 2 boys, they are 7 and 9 years old. So easy going family. Worktime: from 12 to around 18, from monday to friday.
Once per week have to make a cleaning in the house.
Payment: 400 euros/month

Under what "general agreement" your "babysitter" is?

Im asking because your salary is illegal in any agreements i know and if you dont show me agreement what allows to pay that then i have to report this to authorities.

So....Im just help for someone. Not I need a babysitter. This is the maximum worktime. Many times have a free day during the week, the worktime finished early and not 18. But this is not my part tell for the people who is interesting and I have to say for this small money I get much apply, because who study here or dont have any other job for that people that small money is help also. Who think this salary unfair, dont have to apply, but I know, many yung people who need a little more money, for them is a big chanche......

Thats !"#¤%. If someone has to accept salary as low as 3,10e/h then he/she is victim of crime. Its not about unfair or if someone really applies its about law what clearly said thats illegal. Kiskonnan tapainen työsyrjintä and its up to 2 years in jail.

You are mixing au pair, what is cultural exchange program and doesnt apply to people already here or studying here, to work.
