Has any non-EU/EEA citizen ever started a small business?

After reading post by Redcloud41 in topic "American Opening a Cafe in Helsinki", I started to wonder the same thing:
Has any non-EU/EEA citizen ever started a small business in Finland?

And if yes - was it really "mission impossible"?

Yeah, like Uphew wrote, there are lots of non-EU/EEA citizens running companies in Finland. These people have, however, usually arrived here for other reasons than starting the company. Once you have a residence permit in Finland, you can start all the companies you want.
