Experienced Turkish Graphic Designer with very good English

Post by Aernath » Wed Nov 23, 2011 3:42 am

Hey Finland Forum!

As the title is hinting, I'm a Graphic Designer living in Istanbul, Turkey. For various easy to guess reasons I want to move to Finland and work there.
My English is really good in both speaking and writing, but I lack the Finnish or Swedish language skills, I'm very eager to learn and I'm very open to learn both though.

I'd ask you kind people if I can find a proper job there with only my English then attend to language courses for Finnish and Swedish.
For that I'm looking for a job or a paid internship in Finland, I'm very good at Photoshop and I'm educated in Fine Arts and I can also draw and paint digitally.
(Here are some examples from my previous works: http://www.gorkemnurata.com/ornekisler.html )
I can also start with only language courses and part-time jobs too, whatever works as long as I'm there and rolling on <:)

If you can lead me about what to do, where to apply or any useful info, I'd be really glad.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Awesome site by the way ^^

Usually ad agencies would be your best bet, but unfortunately they are not hiring, they are laying off. And so are publishing houses...
