Job offer: Helsinki city center - minor renovation work

Hi,
I'm looking for a quote for minor renovation work, mostly finishing what was already started. Some of the work that needs to be done:
- plastering of the smaller areas
- finishing the wall
- skirting
- connecting the sink (bathroom)
- making build-in cupboard (not a must, but desirable)
- minor electrical work
- minor assembly work (doors, shelves, possibly some furniture)

My name is Chris. I have been in Finland since early January 2011. I have a Finnish wife and am currently unemployed and looking for work. I am originally from the USA, my mother tounge is English. I have very minimal Finnish language skill. My Swedish is a lot better than my Finnish. I have small experience with renovation work from working with my father in the states. Most of my work experience is from working in warehouses and driving forklifts and doing short distance deliveries in CDL tractor trailors.
