Hello,
I am looking for a piano instructor to give my son lessons 2-3 times per month. He has not taken lessons before but knows a few basics. He's now 8 years old and quite a patient, eager student. He's ready to learn.
We have an electric piano that can be used for lessons at our home (in Meilahti) or we can travel within Helsinki.
If you are interested please send me a PM with a brief description of yourself and your prices.
Thanks!
Diana

Hi, did you get a response to this? I'm looking to brush up on my piano skills and would like to know if there are any teachers in the Helsinki area too

There was an excellent pianist on here offering piano lessons a while back:

Maybe she's still around? I suspect that teaching beginners wasn't what she had in mind, but who knows? Maybe she could help or might know someone with experience of teaching children?
