WB profitable business or part of bsns

In connection with situation will consider proposals of buying small profitable business in Finland or some part of profitable business as a passive co-owner.
This offer first of all is for those who want to increase working capital or to expand production.
We are talking about not a large sum, near 50.000 EUR
Very interested in something small, no super profitable, but very stable thats give possibility to obtain residence permit.
Prefer that business running by a professional manager or owner (the ideal role for me - passive owner or passive partner/co-owner).
Desired net income of about 12.000-15.000 EUR
Will consider any offers.

Particular attention to offers related to manufacturing or very stable old services.

so, 50k investment gives 10k net, so that's maybe 12.5k gross. Per annum? So that's around 20%, right? With no work from the sleeping investor.

Actually, i've got 50k in the bank... I'll do it for 12% return!

But bank is not a really good way and never has been. My friend has business in USA - something like I described. Net income is about 19 USD for 74 invested. He is passive owner as there is manager at the helm (as I understand common net income is about 34).. I'm trying to find something similar but in EU.. This is not the final figures, but only the desire

So 50.000 euros is the estimated price of a residence permit these days. Good to know.

You're wrong:) residence permit is about 2-3-5 depending of country. This amount of money is my own stable funds which I want to invest in manufacturing but only in country with stable economy..

Yep. He bought this business near 1,5 years ago..

with such a low ratio the investment is either very risky or goldmine, latter should reflect the price, which should move the p/e ratio back to double digits.
