Salary Question

Quick question. Does anyone know what the pay rate should be for a bartender with 3+ years experience in Helsinki? Also should accrued holiday pay be given at the beginning or end of the holidays and is there any extra percentage leave loading on this? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.
