Im in the same boat ,its easier to use the company that is hiring you>when you come into FIn using your own company you will need to show a lot of details about the what/where/who/why about your ideas ,which includes registration of your company.
Its easier to come in as an employee under contract and then apply to create yur own company because you would have 6 months on the front line and can prove in detail your ability to stay a float.

You can use a UK umbrella company for 6 months, or your existing UK limited company if you have one. Stay any longer and you have to pay all the Finnish taxes for those 6 months, and then claim back the UK tax paid from HMRC. After 6 months you can use a management company, who won't be cheap, set up your own company here, or work as a TMI. If you choose the first option, they will try to persuade you to use some sort of dodgy split-income scheme; this is tax-evasion.
