Hi,

The actual amount of holidays depends at what point of the year you have started working. The period of so called holiday credit year (the period when you ern holidays) is a one-year period between1 April and 31 March of the following year, preceding the holiday period. The right to have holiday is calculated on the basis of the holiday credit year.So if you started working in April 2011, you would earn 24 days for the summer 2012.
But you must work at least 14 days or 35 hours during all calendar months to be earning full holidays.

Saturdays are counted as annual leave, but not Sundays. 24 days means then 4 weeks of annual leave. Some public holidays falling on Saturday are not counted as annual leave, like Midsummer day.

Your payroll or HR should be able to give your more info:)
