You mention that have not lived together for 2 years, but SEEN each other within 3 years. This is completely irrelevant in your case. There are plenty of women visiting boyfriends abroad. Actually I believe it might be a hindrance for you, it is not well looked upon, to have a pregnant girlfriend in Morocco, and applying for visa prior to marriage (you know what I mean).

You will have an interview at a police station in Morocco, and must answer to all kind of questions (like not having sex prior to marriage etc). Then your case is reviewed, and you will receive a reply. So get started, marry in Morocco, then make application to enter Finland. It might help if you travel together with your wife. Please keep in mind, when your girlsfriend starts collecting various documents for your marriage, that a first paper might expire until the last one is in hand. It is a bit timeconsuming process.

For the marriage in morocco, i know the process and i have someone who's goin' to help us, as u know we can buy anything by money in morocco, even men so i'm goin' to get married easily in morocco, so it's not the problem for us.

And again as others have already said, there is no any quaranteed time as it varies case by case. In 2010 AVERAGE decision time for "family member, marriage" permits was 243 days. No one, i repeat NO ONE!, can tell you how long it takes in YOUR CASE or if you even get any permit. In 2010 there was 1754 positive and 540 negative decisions.

Maybe it is hard for you to stay apart from your girlfriend (do not refer her as your wife since she is not one yet), but you must take first things first.
I know the Finnish Embassy very well in Morocco, they take appointment/ people only on certain days, and if you meet a Finnish employee, they can be very nice (not the crooked toothed man!). But that is the way they function, we cannot change it, can we? At least it is decent environment, wait until you see the Greek Embassy in Casa - people waiting on the street in 38 C heat, trying to fill forms on their knees whilst sitting on a pavement. But of course, dealing with the Greeks, anything is possible, in terms of # who you know# , a little like in Morocco, where little coffeemoney takes you a long way.

I do have experience in this matter, but, as others also have stated before, each case is different and is handled accordingly. If you had a residence permit already to another European Union country, your case would be different again - you would travel with your visa as a family member to Finland. EVEN then you will be subject to various questioning at Malmi immigration police, proof of income, etc etc.

So heed the advice you already have been given, take it easy, stay in Morocco until you are married, is my advice. You bill be bored to death, waiting and twiddling your thumbs in Finland, while you girlfriend is footing the bill (hope not). The natives here are not in the best mood in this dark winter time .
You do not have any friends, no contact with the locals, no medical coverage.

You do realize that Finland has different names in different languages:
Suomi (Finnish), Finland (English and Germanic languages), Finlande (French and latin languages),,, and they're all mentioned in the nationality box of a Finnish passport. Since he's from morocco then he's used to the French name so don't go all brainiac on him!!

Are you trying to get the RP so you can live further on hand outs?

In this case it's more a marriage of "the end justifies the means". He's not the first tourist guide to work his charms on one of his blissful tourists and definitely won't be the last. Finland should start following the Canadian model in family ties resident permits where the sponsor foots the bill for the first three years for any welfare benefits the arriving spouse receives. Probably that's one reason he didn't make the moves on a Canadian lass
