A cafe located in the Design Destrict of Helsinki is looking for a flexible baker to bake a variety of goods. Working hours range from 4-6 hours per day Monday thru Saturday. An ideal baker would be able to follow the recipes of the cafe and produce a product that is consistent with the standards of the cafe. An ideal candidate would be reliable, passionate about baking and have the ability to follow directions. This would be a great opportunity for those who would like to gain more experience and/or who are on a career track to becoming a pastry chef/baker or opening their own bakery in the future . Pay will start at 10 euros an hour.

When you talk about "bakery" you mean cakes rather than bread? For me, a pastry chef and a baker are two very different animals.
Do you have a fully-equipped kitchen that complies with hygiene standards or are you expecting the person to provide baked goods from their own premises?
