Information about extending my visa

Hi

I want to extend my visa. I know I have to go to poliisi station but I do not know which one in Helsinki. Can someone give me the address of that poliisi which deals foreigners' issues?

I think it was Malmi... I do remember that this particular pc will grind to halt when I end up to proper page that has the contact info, so do check yourself: www.poliisi.fi

Are you sure you want to extend your visa? I have a hunch that you mean residence permit, the two are quite different beasts and not to be confused. Not to mention that you should not confuse officials by asking a when you mean b.

Visa is for visiting, Residence permit is for residing.

Yes I mean Residence Permit not visa. Could you please provide address I tried in poliisi website but couldn't find Malmi poliisi station address.
