vuokratyöpaikka
In a "rent-an-employee" position, does the employee get full salary from which he pays taxes later or does the initial employer with-hold taxes from the salary? I'm looking at this job and was just wondering.

Socialism has never managed to create anything beyond corpses, poverty and oppression.
Re: vuokratyöpaikka
Renter withholds the taxes from the wages. Employees don't mess with taxes, unless the tax card has problems, mainly too small percentage.

Re: vuokratyöpaikka
I have been many times at work where payment comes to "vuokrafirmalta", that i have been rented to another company.
You will get that pay what looks at your contract, (minus your own taxes of course, nothing more). If they say you'll get
a 10e/hour you have it. Those companys have a extra money at that company where you are working, but and that is not away from you.
so you don't have to worry anything more than as usually, normal job

Rented employee is from employees point of view same as normal so taxes are taken care of by someone else.
