Hi,
I am currently living in UK, i hold an italian passport, where do i get the non- impediment marriage certificate? Is it in the Italian Embassy? I am divorced (UK) and i hold the absolute decree.
I have been with my fiancee for 7 years, we have a son of 3 years old, he has finnish nacionality, I would appreciate any advice on chilcare and also healthy care, i have crohn's disease a crohnic inflammation of the bowel, In UK i do not pay for my medication, but i know here is different, i would like to know if there is any illness criteria regarding medication costs? Thanks in advance

You could ask translation from your husband:

I'd think you should get your documents from UK authorities if that is where you're resident currently.
(Does the marriage need to take place here, you could sort out the local rules and get married there and just register it here afterwards?)
http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crohnin_tautiLääkekorvaus
Crohnin tautia sairastava saa erityisesti kyseisen sairauden hoitoon tarkoitetuista lääkkeistä alemman erityiskorvattavuuden (AE 208), jolloin lääkkeen hinnasta korvataan 72 %. Erityiskorvattavuutta pitää hakea Kelalta. Ravintolisistä peruskorvausta pitää hakea erikseen. Peruskorvauksen saa ravintolisistä, jos ravinnon imeytyminen on merkittävällä tavalla häiriintynyt.

Hi
I am British and was living in Brussels when I married in Finland (so I think a parallel with your case). I got my certificate of non impediment at the British Embassy in Brussels. It was then sent to the Maistraatti which was local to where we wed in Finland. Therfore I wiould expect that you need to get your CNI at your embassy in London if that is where you are living. It is perhaps worth calling the Maistraatti that will oversee your marriage to be sure. Not sure what occurs if you are getting married in church....
Regards
Liam
