at HSE according to the Degreee Regulations 1995 (139/95). The degree is a higher diploma of higher education and entitles the bearer to use the title of "Ekonomi".
The graduate has performed his studies in Finnish language and has given the Maturity test in Finnish.
Don't know if that makes things any clearer though.
