Hip hei!

My name is Jenna, I'm nineteen and American, and I'm currently an au pair in Helsinki. Although I'm au pairing full time, my hours are quite short, limited to about four or five per day on Monday through Friday. This means that I have a lot of free time and I'd love to spend some of it babysitting. I can speak both fluent Finnish and English, as well as Spanish. Please PM me if you're looking for a sitter!

And you understand that working like that isnt part of your permit so if officials find out you will be deported. I think you can do it free but i wouldnt count on it.

Yes, thank you for reiterating that statement, I'm fully aware. However, I don't believe hunting down au pairs who also babysit during their free time is exactly on any official's top list of priorities. I don't make a lot of extra money babysitting, so I'm not worried. Thanks for your concern, though.

Hello,

If you still have some spare time, my husband and 19 month old daughter are moving to Helsinki in the next few weeks - and we'll need a lot of help taking care of our daughter so we can get settled, etc. We speak English with our daughter but we have been living in Madrid for the past 2 years so we'd love someone to speak Spanish with her as well. We can be very flexible with hours as in the beginning in particular I'm sure we'll have to have a few people helping us.
