Accounting and Finance Average Salary Guides

I will soon be negotiating an extension to my contract at work. Please could somebody point me in the direction of some average salary guides for various accounting positions e.g. kirjanpitäjä, financial accountant, assistant controller, controller etc etc. In English or Finnish?

Also, is there a limit to how long a company can keep you on a temporary fixed-term contract whilst doing the same role?

Sorry this is not an answer to your question but having had a look through some of your previous posts Im in the same situtation you were in last year. How did you go about finding work as the whole process is a little daunting? How has your lifestyle been since living in Finland?
