I have moved to finland last jan and will be staying till April end. I have first time seen a country with temp falling to -30 and snow till knee (I am not too short, m 5 feet and 4 inch)
. I have bought my calf length boots in the starting and they did pretty well here but then while running to office i fell in the melting snow and yes my hand elbow broke.
I had to undergo elbow surgery and m on sick leave for 2 weeks. My worry is that my shoes are almost all worn out now. and I need to buy pretty knee length boots
(I am a lady, so 
), but i cannot wear these boots back in my home country as temp there is nearby +30 . I dont wana spend 100 smthin euros on boots. There will be many upcoming sale am assuming for boots for me to get below 50 smthin bucks ?? but WHERE ? I live in helsinki near Kaampi. In stockmann and all boots are for like 150 + euros 
. Please could someone guide me ?? where to go ? i can travel to Espoo as well if needed.
