Some basic information :
1. This establishment has been approved for renovation for Restaurant Set-up by the management office. 58m2 17-20seater.
2. Evira has been consulted and has approved the floor plan. The Floor plan fulfills all the requirements according to Finland law.
3. The Full floor plan has been drawn up and approved. ( Piping, electricity wiring, air-conditioning flow chart for kitchen and dining room.)
4. All major kitchen equipment has been purchased.
5. Currently a Renovation person has been taking care of co-ordinating with the various company ( eg wiring, electricity and airconditioning and drawing and going to different government bodies and getting the relevant approvals).
6. You will need to pay about Euro 15K for the drawings/equipments/documents/stamp fees etc. And a you pay rental monthly.
7. Estimated renovation fee is around Euro 42K - 48K. You may continue to use our current Finnish contractor or you may engage your own.
8. 2 weeks renovation and you may start running your business. There will be a Tax refund of 20% by vero after renovation.
9. A chinese chef has been hired to work in this establishment. You may sign a new contract with her or you may find your own chef.
