Akseli in Mankkaa is really the best of the indoor 'rent a table' places. Clean, upscale, well run. It's about 43e for a week to rent an area two bookshelves wide. I have a table there right now.
There is also a new self service consignment like Akseli at the Lansi Keskus in Olari. It's on the second floor, above Tarjoustalo, and is focused on childrens clothing and toys.
Where are the second hand shops?
