Need information about starting business

I want to start an online shop. Can someone give me information about do I have to register my company in order to open my shop? Secondly, Can I start this shop from my home? I mean that is there any law that I must have a separate building for my business and I cannot do it from home.

Your question crosses a lot of boundaries.Sometimes and in most cases internet shops just evolve from doing it and later when you make 1$ then figure out the law :)
