jobs for new students

Hi,
Would anyone please tell me how long does it take in general for a new student speaking only English to find a cleaning/newspaper distribution job in the city of Hämeenlinna or nearby like in Riihimäki or Hyvinkää ?
Where to start to look for those kinda jobs in this area ?
what's the average salary for those jobs ?

Dont forget to locate construction associated business, they often can use unskilled workers and train them to do simple jobs..I know because we often need peeps during the summer peaks.
