I am planning to run a konditori leipomo in Finland. I would like to ask what documents should be prepared after trade register. THANKS

Before you can start trading you need to have your premises approved by the municipal health inspector.

This has to include:

Name address and contct info of the operator
Business ID of the company
Name and address of the bakery
Description of the operations that will be carried ut
List of equipment that will be used
Description of water supply, ventilation, sewage and waste treatment
Description of preparation methods, storage, cleaning and transportation
Description of personnel's facilities including changing rooms, toilets etc
A floor plan of the layout of the premises
Estimated start date of operations

You also need to add your hygiene protocol (a hygiene checklist) and your Finnish Food Hygiene Certificate http://www.evira.fi

The municipal food inspector will inspect the premises before you start trading and may ask for further information.
