looking for job in joensuu

hey, i have moved to joensuu from 9 months ago and i am looking for a job, regarding the fact that i am an electrical engineer with 10 years experience , i am wondering to know if any body knows that how i can find a suitable job. i am also learning finnish but i couldnt find any job in joensuu , kopio and around. does any body knows how can i find a job?.

i can also do the electrical services for houses, apartments and even companies and i have a good experience about it. actually i can do any part time, summer work related to electrical work , i think i really need to do something
