For a final client I am hiring some Help Desk Analyst in Helsinky to cover a permanent position. My final client is a multinational company, really interesting an competite. I am looking mainly for native Finnish Speakers or fluent speaker.
A few technical requirements:
• Language: Native Finnish Speaker
• 3-4 yrs of University education post High school (B.Sc. or Diploma)
• Good to have 1-2 yrs diploma in Information Technology. Preferred MCP/MSCE/MSCA or HDI CSS
• 1-3 years help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks
• Phone support experience is a Must have
• Technical helpdesk or technical call centre experience is necessary
• Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required
• Hands-on work experience with the following:
• Windows Operating systems
• VPN and remote dial-in users
• Support for laptop, desktops, and printers
• Others: Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications used in office environment.
This position it is IT oriented so if you like IT enviroment would be a plus
