Does anyone have any links for World Cup TV coverage next month in Finland yet?

Here is my plan for the World Cup:

Get a UK Proxy and watch the games with English commentary either from the BBC or ITV websites. Between the 2 they are showing all the games (I think). I will get the proxy from www.ukproxyserver.co.uk . It means you can also use the BBC iPlayer and whatever the ITV equivalent is to watch whatever other shows are available online.

I have used them in the past and can say they have been reliable. One problem I did have was not there fault but the support was great. You can also get an Irish IP address or a US on from them. Anyway not an advertisement though I should hit them up for a commission! It costs something like €14 for one month, I know you can find lists of free proxy servers but I don't want to hope that the proxy stays live for 90 minutes.

Another option for those not wanting to pay is to check out www.myp2p.eu which will list a selection of sources for streaming the games. Its free usually requires the installation of some piece of software such as Sopcast, Veetle, TvAnts or something similar. Generally reliable for champions league, premier league and others but can sometimes be dubious quality or suffer from lost streams mid game. I would say 75% of the time it is a good option. Might get a lot of pressure for copyright infringement over the World Cup so might or might not be a good option. They don't list F1 for this reason.

Either way if you want to watch the games with English commentary there are some options. For most of the bigger games I will still be found in a bar somewhere screaming at whatever random team happens to take my fancy at kick off since the Hand of Henry incident. I still don't blame him though I blame that blind t%@t of a ref!
Oh, God, God, God! What on earth was I drinking last night? My head feels like there's a Frenchman living in it.

Oh and just in case anyone goes for the proxy option here is a fixture list from the BBC. Move the mouse over the game and it will tell you whether it is on BBC or ITV

I use vpngates, so http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcone/watchlive/ will work for me, but all England's games will be shown on Yle, so I'll probably watch it on Finnish TV anyway, the quality is so much better than streaming it live.

I was struggling so much with free proxies with all those endless adds and pop ups ... couldn't watch a single game without interruption... I'm using uktvaccess for a while now ... works smooth  trying hard not to become a telly monster :P good days to you all ...

Euro 2012 right? Not a WC, sorry to be pedantic ;-)

YLE will do for me and there's talksport from the UK you can get on-line while TV is on, especially as BBC can be very bland. I don't give us (England) much chances though. Lets see.....
