The best way continue your work at Turkey. Saving money, when enough saving then apply RP at there.
You can also ask to your wife to get job first in Finland, then you can follow her.
If your wife has job, she has salary, she can support your family life cost, and for your self you can ask help for kela support
until you get job.
Then its work.

But if both of you just depend on kela, and no saving. Beleive in me, it would hard life for you and family.
You must counting any cent of your kela money to spend.
for food, for ..any others costs....
