You have to register your marriage first in Maistratti which is finnish
registrar office. It is present in all cities.
Then you both should start living togather must have same home address.

In Your case you can start studying in a Finnish University. So remember
to apply for admission this year. Mean while u r a student for two years in
Finland living togather with your wife. After that you can apply for a
residence permit

Thank you Rajal.
Well I cannot start study in Finland due to two reasons, first I have to complete my final thesis project within 2 months after that few courses are still left. I have got visa extension for one year and hopefully it's final extension during this period, I'll finish my degree in Sweden.
But I am thinking on some other aspects, I should get married then we will decide how and whether to register it or not.
What you people say about it.

You don't have an option to "not" register unless you don't want to live in Finland which I highly doubt.

You are a stupid person. Your entire plan is absolutely stupid and downright unethical. You don't seem to understand anything, anyone is saying to you except for the horrible 'advice' one person is giving you. And he has no idea what he is talking about.

To LIVE in Finland you have to MARRY someone who is Finnish. Or you have to BE Finnish.

You do not have a choice to NOT register your marriage. If you get married you HAVE TO register your marriage. You aren't allowed to cohabitate AND LIVE in Finland without being MARRIED. Unless you ARE FINNISH already. Which you ARE NOT. OR unless you have already been with your girlfriend/partner for TWO (2) YEARS (and can prove it on paper). Which you HAVE NOT.

Which means your only option is to find someone equally pathetic (or who knows what they are in for) for the express purpose of marrying so you can live in Finland. Let me tell you that if some how you are able to do this you only qualify to be in for the biggest struggle of your life. Because you might think that you are getting a free meal ticket to Finland, but in reality someone could take everything you have and leave you on your stupid ass with absolutely nothing. With no money, no where to live and not even the right to stay in Finland any more. So think long and hard about what you are doing. Tying the knot is a lot more complicated then you are giving credit for.

Every country, including Finland has rules in place to prevent this kind of @#$% that you are trying to do. It amazes me that people here, who have bashed others for trying the same thing are actually helping you try and find a hole in the system. I can tell you that there are none. You marry someone like you initially said you wanted to. Then you apply to stay in Finland. Get that sorted first before you start worrying about anything else.

Based on what you said so far you don't have any other options.

Who says he wants to live in Finland, he can hitch up a Finnish woman in Sweden. Being a sambo is more or less under the same rules, but EU nevermind Nordic "rules" make a Finn as good as a Swedish national, if not better. I would in any case think that if you have a Swedish degree and connections in that country, nevermind knowing the language would make that option the most logical... I mean which kind of idiot would move to Finland with no language skills, education thats worth the paper its printed on and no connections except some online friendship? Some of the present company excluded  .

On the contrary, if it's a technology degree, it is worth the paper it's printed on! I know many guys who graduated from Swedish universities and got positions here.

What makes Finland more appealing than Sweden if you are already living there?

Maybe it's our low taxes  or free healthcare? Or maybe it's the fact that you can walk to the best stores in Russia
