Searching for families/moms in Tampere/Kangasala region

Hi!

I am a 28 years old stay at home mom of two girls (soon 6 and 2½ years old). We moved to Kangasala 3 months ago and I have to find some people to meet with and have coffee, playdates, go to the playground and whatever else might be fun with the kids - or without ). We have been living in Tampere before, but almost everyone I knew there has moved to Helsinki area or even further away, while we lived in Sastamala.
So if there's anyone here in Tampere or Kangasala, I'd be happy to hear from you!

It´s sooooo good to know I am not the only non-Finn mum in Kangasala district, sometimes it feels like the most isolated place on earth (especially in my village, haha!)

Mon 1st Oct Kangasala keskustori. Say between 10-12, that is the only time in the week generally, that I am without any kids at all! There are a few nice cafes around there, but I recommend the cheapest

I'm in Tampere (but on the west side), if there would be a Tampere coffee meet-up, or playground playdate (Tammelanpuisto or Sorsapuisto has good playground equipment that my kids enjoy) then I would go. Hauling myself out east to Kangasala probably won't happen for me, though, I get motion sick on the bus and I don't have a car.

Yessss, we always play in Tammelanpuisto when we visit Tampere, as it is local to my favourite shopping haunts: charity shops & fleamarkets! While the kids play there, I love playing that fabulous "xylophone", best thing ever in a playpark for a musical mum
I just fancy a flea market trip this week too, with littlest, as she is only free on the bus for another couple of months (4yrs and up have to pay, miserly Paunu for you!)
