I am looking for job,any kind of job.i have my residence permit for 5 years and i have my work permit and registered permanently,but i do not not speak yet good finnish,so is there any help to get job as soon as possible???

I'm no recruitment expert, but I think I know where you're going wrong with your job hunting. With a post like that, it's no surprise that you haven't yet found success.
Tell something about yourself, do you have any work experience, what you like doing, what interests you workwise, what you can do, what you've done in the past, what skills you have, whether you can travel to work, do you have your own transport, what level of education you have, what qualifications you have, maybe even where you live
You may also want to try google, searching for "job hunting skills".
