Yes, just a short leave to my country and then come back. I still can work, get paid and do everything as usual but can't travel abroad since my PR has been already expired.

I have to come back to my home country this December when my RP is already expired.

This can be a real problem since you're dealing with airlines and possibly other Schengen border controls.
The people on the work floor (in-check desk/ customs) will follow standard protocol No RP = no entry.
That your application is waiting in court, says nothing to a German desk worker.

And getting a visa when your RP is already rejected might not be a quick and strait forward run either.

Best thing to do is cancel your trip back home.

Rinso, I know it may be hard and time-consuming but it's crucial for me to come back for an important business. I just would like to know if there is any precedents of applying a temporary visa while waiting
for the court. No matter how long it takes providing that I can get the visa before the flight date then it's ok.

Hmm, it's not about which one is more important. I just want to know if it's possible to have a temporary visa or not. If not then I will have to cancel my trip though I don't want.

every visa is temporary (3 months max).
The question is "can you get one while you're still in Finland?" and "can you get it in time?"
I guess that is doubtful.

Its ridiculous that there are cases of denial even when there was no visible reason. I made a friend where i am living. person was from US (the only english speaking person in my area) and he was living with his finnish wife in same house and was waiting for decision for last 9 and half month and yesterday he received negative decision. He was from the better country (wayyyyyyyy better) than mine, his case was pretty strong, his wife is earning very good and very nice life, he waited doubled than me and in the end a NO

I think this is unfair. I suggested him to appeal the decision but he is angry and said that he is going back. I really dont have any idea how police handle cases.

There are also invisible reasons like a criminal record.

Not a proper history having lived in Finland for so little time.

Permits aren't denied for willy nilly reasons.

Your friend should appeal. Many time the appeal will overturn the first decision when someone comes to their senses LOL.
