job for english asian speaking boy... did 12 grade?

an asian english speaking boy who did 12 grades want to have a full time any type of job.
can any one guide how can find job?

this boy might start by telling where he wants this job to be (which city), and by telling what kind of work he wants/already knows how to do.
he might also tell if he already has a residence permit in Finland and is living here, of if he is planning for this future job to provide him with a means of moving to Finland.
