Hygiene passport in Oulu

I have just been Oulu for more than 2 months. I am still looking for a job such as Cleaner now. I want to register a course like "Hygiene passport" in Oulu. But I do not know where I can register it.

It's a good idea to know what you are getting into...... I just completed mine and it cost me 140€ due to the fact I did the test in a room by myself. But i know you can get them done for around 40€ if your lucky.
