Imo they are not against immigration per se, they are against current immigration policies and they do get support from people that are against all immigration though.

We all know the official party line, but they clearly accept any and all racists who are willing to become candidates. I mean "boil all the muslims alive" and "we need separate sports events for whites and negroes" racist.

The rest of what you write is good. But the part I quoted above is not actually true. Teenage men actually have the lowest suicide rate. Less shooting from the hip and more statistical facts gives this forum more credibility.

Oh, I just remembered that in Finland young men commit 3x more suicides than girls of the same age group. And its still men that commit the majority of suicides?

The Persut I've spoken to have been quite supportive of integrated immigrants. I was also initially quite surprised to see immigrants standing as PS candidates in the recent election, but then I realised that they are integrated into society and have moulded themselves to fit in with the locals. Likewise they maybe also share some of the same irritations (and aspirations) as the locals.

1st one was today and couple of polls on that issue, latter one was couple of years ago when party congress voted on that, but chairman Katainen disagreed.
