What is anyhow a bigger problem is the youth unemployment, IMO it is smarter to become a nurse now then study management,

But anyone who studied in Finland to become a nurse and is smart will go to another country like Sweden after finishing the studies - a nurse in Sweden can get nearly € 1000 more per month than a nurse in Finland.

The options for Finland are to either increase the salary for nurses so that more who got educated here stay in the country, or to import nurses who are willing to work for the low Finnish salaries.

Sweden is exporting quite a lot of nurses to Norway these days, so even more room for Finnish ones in Sweden.

The Finnish government tries hard to make all people learn Swedish so that they are prepared for emigrating to Sweden - smart people use this option.
