stopping deportation./migri

forum assistance!! do anybody have ideas concerning case like this. migri issued 2 years ban deportation notice to me , i appeal to administrative court and the court stop the deportation for them to examine the case.the police woman told me the it will take one year before the decision will out and if is positive they will cancel the ban and deportation but if not they will carry out the deportation and it will left for one year in the 2 years ban before i can be able to enter europe.
ok, the question is that administrative court stopping the ban and deportation is it a good sign that is likely to positive? thanks

No. It is a sign that separation of powers works at least in your case.

No it is just a formal procedure to stop you from being deported while the procedure is still running.

i appeal to administrative court

Did you supplied new information or pointed out mistakes in the decision? Or did you just said "I don't want to go, please let me stay"?
Only when you supplied new information to the court, you might have a chance.

Only when you supplied new information to the court, you might have a chance.

yes, new information, the good lawyer point out some arguable mistake in migri decision and reference it with 2 supreme court recent cases and also with eu laws or article.

stopping deportation and ban is a kind of judgement?

No. It is done so your right to stay here isn't infringed, you have right to stay while the case is pending.
