You don't have to wait until you are married for getting such a residence permit - you could sign a work contract and apply for such a residence permit today, and might be able to start working at your employer when you are back from your honeymoon (the processing time should be around one month). Having the next residence permit based on family ties is not a problem.

If you have been headhunted for a position, then yes. And I mean CEO of Nokia and a few rungs down the ladder, sure.

If finding a job is the "ding-dong want to buy cookies" approach, then you better have a permit in the pocket, unless you are light shining out of the ass nobel prize winning prodigy the job jumps out of the bush and bites in the nose.

Its a bit silly to go promoting a "special" category for an aspiring bus driver when thousands of freshly sacked ex-Nokia engineers are fighting for that short bus position.

So it all boils down to OP's employability equation: profession+skills / job market + niche ...should give an imaginary value
