embassy or migri ?

hi guys,

i'd like to know whose final decision wether to get RP approved or rejected, the embassy or the migri in finland ?

Afaik the embassies are just a postmen for migri nowadays.

For Visa, the decision maker is Embassy.
But For Residence Permit, the decision maker is Migri.

u mean tourist visa is made by embassy, and RP is made by migri ?

Tourist visa decision is made by Embassy and the RP decisions is made by migri.

Migri does not take direct contact. You deal with embassy or police as front desk.
