Thanks. Typing on this phone feels like walking in the grim, frost-bitten forests of Norway and stepping on a Lego. Maybe I should form a band so I could express these feelings.

That story about coming here as a nanny is probably the best way to get in and have a look.

Those comments that have been edited are probably from immigrants who initially had the same plan as you , which in arty circles is romantic, but in the cold light of day wont cut it here.This country has a cold shoulder if your credentials or authenticity is not"valid", and it has to be or the fins would be over run.
I worked with a metal guitarist(only fin worker who i thought showed NON Finnish Tendencies(NFT),lol
Btw you can travel in and out of schengen territory ,3 months in 3 months out.
