I am doing permanent odd job(newspaper delivery) in Finland. I am here in Finland since last 5 months on study visa. If i apply for work permit then how much is chance to get work permit.
Very little. Newspaper delivery doesn't pay enough to make you financial independent. (requirement for a RP)
Besides, there is no special skill needed so import someone from outside the EU is not allowed.

So you came to Finland 5 months ago on a student residence permit, but instead of studying you are working?
That kind of student residence permit abuse is considered a serious problem here in Finland, and there are nearly no chances for you of getting a new residence permit.

So you're basically saying they have discontinued evaluating the needs of the labour market?

If you say so (I could ask "Why?", but that is beside the point of this thread)
Can you continue with studies working full time at the same time? Otherwise, if you loose your job you may find yourself without a residence permit of any kind.

Did they really get a residence permit for working?
Or did they get a new residence permit for studying, and these jobs were accepted as means of support for their studies (instead of the € 6000)?
The latter sounds more likely to me - especially considering that "Job" is one option under "Income" on the student residence permit application form.

I would add "and before graduating?"
