Want speaking practice via Skype (video)

I would say that I have level three to four listening (in other words, I get through selkouutiset with little problem...but have trouble with Finnish at normal speed), reading and grammar skills. However, I need to desperately develop my spoken Finnish, and would like to do it via video on Skype. I'M ONLY INTERESTED IN PRACTICING SPEAKING. Has anyone had any experience with Finnish language learning via Skype? Any suggestions would be helpful. One thing: Please no banal suggestions like 'Just go to the bars and learn that way'.' I know, in theory, how it should be done, and I have chosen to do it the video way (How do I know people will make other suggestions anyway?). I only want replies related to learning speaking - and only speaking - online. I would like to practice with a native Finnish speaker or a very high level foreigner. Thanks in advance.
