I think that the person meant Caisa which is culture center, which is not quite "support" center.
It's above the Kaisaniemi subway station.

http://www.caisa.fi/

I do not know any such place around Hakaniemi.

Hi,
Yes, really I found the place in Haapanienem, Työvoimatoimisto, according your indications, last Wednesday.
I don't know it's my lucky but I arrived at 9h15, 4 numbers before mine, but only wait about 30 minuts. After that was my turn and I found a very kind lady and we talk about almost 1 hour.

Ok...the practical result... ZERO, NOTHING :)
They send me to Social Assistance, and from there the same result... NOTHING :)

For know, only have chance to continue my efforts...send CV's and application forms in companies websites, and wait.

Thanks to all informations you gave me.

So it was your fault that everyone else had to wait for hours
