Hi all,
Is there any official document apart from my residence permit which states that I am a permanent resident of Finland? I am not a citizen but permanent resident living in Finland. I am planning to apply for a grant for my research from Emil Aaltonen Foundation which gives grant to either Finnish speaking people or people who are well integrated in Finnish research institutes. So, I would like to know about such a document which I can use for my application. Please let me know.
Thanks,
Naveen.

For EU-citizens, the local police provides a certificate. For non-EU you apply a certificate from MIGRI with form TOD_P http://www.migri.fi/services/_applicati ... ther_forms
