Hi,
I am planning to buy a used car from dealer. Before buying, I would like to check it by a mechanic. Do you have any information ( where can I get reasonable and expert mechanic who does this kind of test. Anyway I live in Espoo/helsink region ) or any suggestion?
Secondly, could any body explain me how the " TITAANI TAKUU" works for used Toyota? does it give replacement warranty or just cover only service charges?

If you want good service in english you could try Michael's Garage. I know it says for US cars but they service all makes and models, not just american cars. I have gone there a few times and they have done great work and had decent prices. The owner is American and there are a couple guys there that speak perfect English. You could give them a call and see what they'd charge you.
