I want to change a car qestion

So I need some help guys.. again.

I want to sell my car and I have some tax questions:

1. I paid car tax for this year. Do I get a refund or recalculation when I buy a new one or this money is list forever?
2. I sell the car. Do I pay any taxes if im buying another car almost right away? If yes what is an amount?
3. In nettiauto there is information "VAT included" or not. How should I understand it? Who pays what and when?

3) VAT included = the price has VAT on it, relevant when company buys a car as they can deduct the tax.

Aha, so if I understand correctly I don't care whether the VAT is included..
For me it doesn't mean I have to pay VAT myself or anything?

Your a private consumer, you pay the agreed price, if there is VAT hidden or mentioned in the price it doesn't concern you because there is no need to even count VAT as the consumer/buyer in a non business situation.
Its like the hot chicken you buy at Smarket on super sale.2euro per chicken, you dont even care if the VAT is on the sale price grillibroiler sign.
Hand it over, pay at the register , eat it, throw the package and the receipt away.
