Post by marci11 » Wed Mar 06, 2013 10:21 pm

Hello, im 36 years old woman from Czech republic. On 1.5. would like to move to Kuopio, because i have there boyfriend. But first need find job.
No speaking finnish very good, just basics, but learning. Can speak czech, english and russian. Will do whatever.
Last two years i was in USA, where i worked like housecleaning service and hotel housekeeper. Would like to find similar job.
In Czech republic i worked like photoshop editor for photo studio ( retouching of portraits) and for magazines like freelancer ( retouching all kinds of pictures).
Im taking some jobs like photographer too. I have sometime some job from Suomen Turisti-Info , taking for them pictures of Czech republic so far, when i will in Finland, will have from them sometime work around Finland, but this is job just for a few of times in month.
Very need some daily work, as i mentioned before, my finnish language is still poor , so some housecleaning, restaurant cleaning, hotel cleaning would be great.

Is your boyfriend Finnish? If he is tell him I said stop discussing useless junk and actually do something to resolve your problem.

I don't think anyone has every scored a job on a forum in this way.

Seriously, if you were an employer with a vacancy, would you really read something like this post, and suddenly think, "yup that's just what I was looking for, someone who 'will do whatever'" ?

You should search the internet a bit for things like, "job hunting skills". How to explain who you are, what you're good at, what experience you have, what skills you have, etc, etc.

Most people who are able to deliver this sort of information are happily in work. Those who cannot tend to be unemployed.
Political correctness is the belief that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
